Spy Creek Psychological Services provides comprehensive psychological assessment services via secure telehealth to children, adolescents, and adults throughout Texas.
Psychological assessment is an evidence-based process that evaluates functioning through standardized tests, clinical interviews, behavioral observations, and collateral information. Evaluations clarify diagnostic questions, identify strengths and needs, and guide recommendations.

What Is the Evaluation Process Like?
Consultation and Clinical Interview
The evaluation begins with a telehealth consultation in which developmental, educational, medical, and psychosocial history is obtained and referral concerns are clarified.
Testing Sessions
Testing is conducted using secure telehealth assessment platforms. Sessions typically total 3.5–4 hours and may be divided across appointments.
Scoring and Report Writing
All data are scored, interpreted, and integrated into a comprehensive psychological report.
Feedback Session (Optional)
Results and recommendations are reviewed during an optional telehealth feedback session.
Telehealth Psychological Testing
All assessments are conducted via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms. Clients must be physically located in Texas during services.
