Spy Creek Psychological Services provides transparent, flat-rate pricing for psychological assessment services.

Comprehensive Psychological Evaluation

$1,500 flat rate

Includes:

• Consultation and clinical interview

• Telehealth test administration

• Scoring and interpretation

• Comprehensive written report

• Optional feedback session

Payment Options

Split payment available:

• Half due at consultation

• Half due at testing session

Insurance

Spy Creek Psychological Services accepts select insurance plans for medically necessary psychological testing services. Clients are responsible for verifying in-network status and benefits.

Psychoeducational testing is typically not covered because it is considered educational rather than medically necessary.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Appointments must be canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Late cancellation: $200

• No-show: $250

Fees must be paid prior to rescheduling.

Cash and major credit/debit cards are accepted.

CareCredit financing available.
