This structure allows clients to understand the full scope of services without uncertainty about hourly billing.
Insurance is accepted for many psychological evaluation services. Coverage varies by plan and service type.
Psychoeducational evaluations are typically not covered by insurance, as they are often classified as educational rather than medically necessary.
A superbill may be provided upon request after services are completed. Clients may submit the superbill to their insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement consideration. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined by the insurance provider.

General psychological evaluations assess emotional, behavioral, and social functioning. These evaluations are appropriate when concerns involve anxiety, mood changes, behavioral challenges, adjustment concerns, or overall psychological well-being.
They may be helpful for individuals experiencing emotional distress, difficulty coping with stressors, or changes in behavior or functioning.
ADHD Evaluation

ADHD evaluations assess attention, concentration, impulsivity, and executive functioning.
Executive functioning refers to mental skills such as:
Organization
Planning
Time management
Working memory
Self-monitoring and self-control
Evaluations examine whether symptoms are consistent with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and consider other factors that may impact attention or executive functioning.
Autism Spectrum Evaluation

Autism spectrum evaluations assess social communication, social interaction, behavioral patterns, and developmental history. Telehealth-appropriate, evidence-based measures are used to evaluate autism-related characteristics in a structured and comprehensive manner.
These evaluations are designed to provide diagnostic clarification and meaningful recommendations tailored to the individual’s needs.
Psychoeducational Evaluation

Psychoeducational evaluations assess:
Cognitive abilities (how an individual thinks and processes information)
Academic achievement
Learning strengths and challenges
These evaluations are commonly requested when there are concerns about learning disorders, academic performance, or educational planning.
If a qualifying diagnosis is identified, the report will include recommendations for:
Classroom accommodations
Testing accommodations
Major standardized and professional exams (including SAT, ACT, LSAT, MCAT, GRE, and professional licensing exams)
While recommendations are provided when appropriate, educational institutions and testing organizations make the final determination regarding accommodations in accordance with their policies.
Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve testing appointments
Remaining balances are divided into two installments
Final payment must be received prior to report release
Reports are not released until payment is complete
Cancellation Policy
Testing appointments require 48-hour notice
Intake appointments require 24-hour notice
Late cancellations or no-shows for testing blocks are subject to a $100 fee
A valid card on file is required to reserve appointments
